The service

ReputationSentry provides AI-driven reputation management software including review collection, intelligent routing, AI replies, and reporting. Features available depend on your plan.

Free trial

We offer a 30-day free trial on all new accounts. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in GBP. Annual plans are billed up-front. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented to be contacted by your business, or to violate any applicable law.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
