We want you to be confident in your decision to use ReputationSentry™. This policy sets out how refunds work on our paid plans.

30-day free trial

Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Money-back guarantee

If, within 30 days of your first paid invoice, you decide ReputationSentry™ is not right for your business, send a refund request via our contact form and we will refund that invoice in full. No questions asked.

After the first 30 paid days

After the initial 30-day money-back window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual plans

Annual plans qualify for the same 30-day money-back guarantee, calculated from the date of the first annual payment. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account.

Add-ons

The Sentry Concierge managed-service add-on is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Concierge fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun, but you will not be charged for any future months after cancellation.

How to request a refund

Submit a refund request via our contact form. Select "Billing / refund" as the enquiry type, include the email address on your account, and we will respond within two business days.
