Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to use ReputationSentry™. This policy sets out how billing, cancellation and refunds work on our paid plans.

30-day free trial

Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any point before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

The free trial is how we let you make sure ReputationSentry™ is the right fit for your business — use the full 30 days to set things up, send real review requests, and see results before any payment is taken.

After the trial

When the trial ends and you choose to continue, your subscription becomes active and you will be billed for the plan you selected. Because the trial replaces what other vendors call a "money-back guarantee", paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period once they begin.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Annual plans

Annual plans follow the same trial-first model. Your card is not charged during the 30-day free trial; once the trial converts to a paid annual subscription it is non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account.

Add-ons

The Sentry Concierge managed-service add-on is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Concierge fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun, but you will not be charged for any future months after cancellation.

Exceptional circumstances

If you believe you have been billed in error, or there is an exceptional reason a refund should be considered, submit a request via our contact form. Select "Billing / refund" as the enquiry type, include the email address on your account, and we will respond within two business days.
